Ending Program: Dummy - Satellite - 2011-04-03 So recently, when ever I shut down/restart my computer, Windows gives me window: "Ending Program: Dummy" I googled and it said something about malware/virus so I decided to do windows search. I found these: dummy_threading.py.0160FC08_F3D9_4869_9D41_C6... dummy_thread.py.0160FC08_F3D9_4869_9D41_C6... in folder D:\games2\data1. Both under 5kb in size. However the weird thing is that they are last modified 6.8.2005... The "Ending Program: Dummy window" only started appearing this or last month. Should I and is it safe to delete these 2 files? EDIT: In case someone asks, I know almost nothing about computers. Ending Program: Dummy - Fiel - 2011-04-03 they're uncompiled python programs. Open them up in notepad and post the text here. I went to notepad, clicked the Data1 folder and my computer tried to open the whole data1 in Notepad and failed. I suck at this... EDIT: Ad-Aware Scan says that the folder is clean. |
