I worked all day yesterday, a total of almost 13 hours, and when I got home I got my rings in maplestory and tried to sleep. I sat awake ALL NIGHT and I still cannot sleep (7am).

Help please...

Nothing works for me but my friend used to call her mom and ask her to tell her about the first time she met her dad and how they fell in love and whatnot. It always worked for her.

After a while I usually find I get so frustrated from not being able to sleep that I won't be able to sleep until I get fully relaxed by doing something else. Take a warm shower and watch an episode of your favorite series or whatever.

Take a shower, preferably cold, drink some water, get a relaxing CD, like that link Unleashing posted and put it to play in your room, read a book for a little, turn your fan on and start concentrating on it's noise while the lights are turned off, you'll sleep pretty quickly.
