Auto-Pot and 1/1 - SaptaZapta - 2011-03-24 If my pet has both auto-HP and auto-MP equipped, and a boss 1/1's me (i.e., drops both my HP and my MP to 1), which potion(s) will my pet feed me? Auto-Pot and 1/1 - FoolsLove - 2011-03-24 Both unless you have a potion that heals HP/MP, then just one Auto-Pot and 1/1 - Phoenix - 2011-03-24 It has an annoying habit of potting me whatever is set lower first. I usually just set Gingers to both HP and MP slots during bosses that 1/1, or drop auto MP alltogether cause it honestly causes more trouble than anything else otherwise. I know it is not exactly what you asked, but I must say that auto MP is a waste unless you are a mage. I use auto HP loaded with Ginger Ales (would be Power Elixir for bosses like PB). Auto-Pot and 1/1 - Jellyflower - 2011-03-24 Back when I still used two different types of potions, I find that auto MP usually gets activated. So if you use mana/sorcerer elixirs for regular purposes on auto MP, you may consider switching to ginseng/elixirs for bosses that 1/1. This especially, back when I used to play on my hero I bought auto mp once I'm fairly certain it screwed up a lot for me and was much easier to just turn off auto mp instead for bossing. Other notes is, if you lag from time to time, having extra auto pots tends to make you pause too much which is annoying but not everyone has this issue. Paladin says otherwise lol Also I always thought the auto pouches were "bugged" for 1/1 attacks. Regardless, I'll just set my Auto MP with elixirs / Powers during boss runs then, as a back-up. Auto-Pot and 1/1 - ShinkuDragon - 2011-03-24 weird, i never have this problem when getting 1/1'd on my DrK, however, i haven't gone with achilles to a boss fight, maybe this does something? because i always went with gingers on HP and sorcerer elixir's on MP, and after a 1/1 it would use the ginger only Auto-Pot and 1/1 - CarrionCrow - 2011-03-24 Dark Link Wrote:Paladin says otherwise lolLol fine, Pallys wont use HP pots, you smug khainian you! But then again MP does not keep you alive so autoing it is a luxery that I'd consider a waste. xD ShinkuDragon Wrote:weird, i never have this problem when getting 1/1'd on my DrK, however, i haven't gone with achilles to a boss fight, maybe this does something? because i always went with gingers on HP and sorcerer elixir's on MP, and after a 1/1 it would use the ginger only The only thing that makes auto potting fail is if you try to input another command the moment the auto pot should kick in. Using skills, manual potting, things like that. Auto-Pot and 1/1 - Kojo - 2011-03-24 I disagree with auto MP being a waste for Paladins. I find 1/1's fairly annoying at bosses because sometimes my MP pot doesn't even go right away and it lags for some reason. Also, when I'm attacking I seem to run out of MP pretty fast and I rarely notice. Auto-Pot and 1/1 - Dark Link - 2011-03-24 CarrionCrow Wrote:Lol fine, Pallys wont use HP pots, you smug khainian you! I'm just viewing it from the perspective of LHC training where, in order to get the most EXP out of it, you want as little downtime as possible and not paying attention to your HP/MP bars while on a constant killing spree can easily lead to unneeded downtime. This is where the Auto MP Pouch comes in. At least, this is what happens to me a lot when I'm focusing on getting the best EXP:HR ratio possible in a serious group.
