A game I saw that looks pretty neat, so I decided to bring it here. Credits to HolyMythos of Basilmarket. Good thing he didn't copyright it

Winners or Losers is a game that I created on another forum that got potentially big, so I thought I'd bring it over to Basil. To signup, all you have to do is reply to this thread before 15 others do. This is how the game works:
There are three brackets to the game: Winners, Losers, and Undecided. The first 15 people to respond to this thread are placed into the Undecided bracket. The ultimate goal of the game is to become a Winner.
When the game begins, anyone other than the 15 selected will get a chance to nominate a name. When a name is nominated, it moves on to the Winners bracket. However, when someone nominates a name, they themselves will be placed on the Undecided bracket. There will be a page number displayed to every name on the undecided bracket. If a name is not nominated after 2pages, the name is moved to the Losers bracket. If you are nominated from the Undecided bracket and move up to the Winners bracket, you have ONE extra nomination to vote someone from the Undecided bracket into the winners bracket also. Example:
HolyMythos and MrBasil are in the Undecided bracket. Mindstormer comes along and nominated MrBasil. MrBasil is now placed in the Winners bracket, and Mindstormer is placed in the Undecided bracket. MrBasil, since he has been nominated into the winners bracket, will have one extra nomination to vote someone else into the winners bracket as well. He could be nice and vote Mindstormer into the winners bracket, since Mindstormer helped him, or he could nominate HolyMythos into the winners bracket. If he nominated Mindstormer, the current winners bracket would be MrBasil and Mindstormer, while the Undecided bracket would still have HolyMythos. If HolyMythos wasn't nominated by page 3 (assuming he was added on page 1), he will be moved to the Losers bracket.
Once you are in the winners bracket, you cannot fall down, and once you are in the losers bracket, you cannot re-enter the game. Remember that a winner has an extra vote to nominate someone else into the winners bracket.
It may sound confusing, but once the game actually rolls out it will make more sense. So, the next 15 people to reply will be allowed into the game. Remember, if you miss the first 15, you can still be in the game when it starts by nominating someone to be a winner.
Start posting to be in the first 15! I'm going to bed, I'll update the list in the morning. If the 15 names are picked, I'll start the game, and if there are less than 15, I'll just start anyways.
For people not getting the game, I can sum it up as best as I can: Posting puts you in Undecided. People can vote for you and you become a winner. They then get put in undecided. You can then vote for someone else to be a winner, since you became a winner. If someone is left in undecided for more than 2 forum pages since their last post, they become a loser."

If you're confused on the page number, I'll try to clarify this (in my terms).
Let's say you were the first to post. You're an undecided. However, no one votes for you and the thread gets up to page 3. You're out.
Now, let's say somehow you manage to post on page 1-but the last person to do so. You're still out if the thread manages to go to page three =).
The number of posts per thread is the default number, whatever it is. Oh, and neutral people only get one vote. If they advance to winners, they get an extra vote. If they fall into losers they lose all votes.
So, post up! Page numbers for the first 15 people will be decided after 15 people post.
