You've needed that for a while, you have to use it to get into Tespia since the Visitors round at least. [I can't tell you about before that since I only use GameLauncher] It's harmless, just mark the Nexon/ folder as an exception.

I got that earlier today too. I just clicked Back without DLing anything, relogged and pressed Start Game. Everything's working fine.
