Future of Dual Blades - LegendGospel - 2011-03-12
Greetings~
I had started a Dual Blade character when it first came out. Didn't made much out of it, got it to level 50 and quit Maple for a while. I was sad I couldn't get the level 100 mask, as I couldn't play much during the event.
I have wishes to retake the character. I heard they're nerfed now, but I don't care much for the damage, I just like the class and the cool factor of dual wielding.
I've heard a lot of things about the future of Dual Blades...
Do we get another mask event in the future? Return of hero event or something?
Will already created Dual Blades participate in that event?
Will Dual Blades be NX-free?
Money wise, is it better to start a Dual Blade now and pay for the mastery books?
Will we get free mastery books in the future? Would we lack skill points compared to those who used NX for skills?
Any other changes worth to mention?

First DB gets greatly buffed along with Arans. U will be a very powerful Class after Chaos probably due my experience in kms the strongest.
1. Yes u Can get the Mask again in The Return of the Hero Event.

4. Really Difficult question. I say yes cause dbs prices are low now. But the Bandwagon has already started so buy now and safe future inflation.
5. GMS is not KMS. In KMS DBs are limited Time only so I dont think u get free Books.

It is not the same mask. The one in Chaos patch lacks slots.
You need to get at least 40 lvls on your DB if it is level 40+, or level a new one from 1-80 to get the Blood Mask.

Dual Blades will not be free but I heard you get free ones and a free nx set/medals when you make one in chaos patch part 1

iirc nexon gave free mastery books for the 2 and 3 job skills for free. But only to DB created during the event.
