What's the best way to approach monsters at LHC? - Kojo - 2011-03-12

This party was being rude and getting all angry at me earlier because I was killing stray monsters on other platforms by myself instead of attacking mobs with them when they didn't even tell me to do that beforehand. Is it faster for each person to solo, attack as a group, or what?

Also note to self, randoms are dicks

It depends on how strong the people in the party are. If the party is mostly wearing average equips, then yeah, killing them together is best. Otherwise killing by yourself/with one or two others while the rest are killing others is best.

Best way to approach LHC is to not party with randoms. Jokes aside, fighting together or separate doesn't seem to change all that much to me whether or not you have main-attack mobbers or secondary-attack mobbers. I party with my alliance at LHC and we have no qualms fighting together or individually. From what I can time at LHC (barring short downtimes where members enter CS to get their EXP coupons), both fighting together and separate result in similar experience rates. Of course, LHC's only been out for not too long so it's hard to get a long term figure on what is the ideal way to fight for optimized experience gain.

i suppose it was dependent on fundings and damage. a hero and a mechanic can clearly kill a bunch of them at once while doing significant damage to both. but if you're a person like a nub equipped bishop, you're better off mobbing with other people (or in the bishop's case, just spamming heal and HS cause people are rude when you don't)
