Today when I was on my A/M training at LHC, we had a bucc in our party and I noticed that SI made cl cast faster

I cannot say this with certainty, however a COing Paladin in my party appeared to have sped up my CL too... That or one of the 20 other buffs, but I'm pretty sure it only got faster after he entered the party, let me run through the buffs...

CL and SI don't show anything in the data related to speed being affected by their level, so I don't think there should be a way for CO to affect its speed. SI and Magic Booster are both a constant +2 speeds at all levels...

Though, SI stacks with all boosters, right?

True, but before this patch SI didn't work on magic attacks.
