Get a Paladin, Hero, and DK and Magic Crash him...? Or does he nullify potential first thing upon entering the map just like how Balrog boss nullifies 4th job skills...?

Personally I think this is a good move by Nexon.
Now bossing isn't just restricted to whoever has spent the most NX on their equips...takes more skill and planning then. Biggrin

The problem with maplestory is, it has limited "challenge". I mean they don't want you on for 4 hours, it's only 2 dimensional and theres a fine line between "lolcorner" and "WHATTHEFUCKIMPOSSIBLE". It's a good start but it's a short fix.

The problem with MS's engine and mechanics has nothing to with the fact that it's 2d. I'd also like to know if the cancellation is permanent.

You sure about that? I had friends re-logging in every single channel only to have channel 13 work.

It lasts for a very lonnnnnnnnng time, I think I had it over my head for over 3 minutes then I just killed myself through damage reflect.

I must have been glitched then because I had the potential nulify on me for at least 3 minutes hoping it would go away, I might even have it on fraps. Every time me and my friend had it on us we basically killed ourselves to get rid of it because it lasted so long.

i fought the guy, i had glitched HB and haste, and SE on my equipped gloves, all worked.
however, my range dropped from 30k to 10k and the potential nullify simbol yo can see on the pictures i updated to the boss battle thread.

notifications are pretty cool, he sometimes say "von leon thinks XXXXXX is the most dangerous individual"
and then when he is going to teleport, a notification appears saying "von leon teleports to the most dangerous individual"

these 2 notifications are also in my screenshots i think.

Does it also kill the +HP% from potential? I can see how hard Lionheart Castle can get when a person who relies on HP potential gear suddenly sees their HP drop to one shot levels.

i didn't check, but i have 3% hp on my earrings i think, so i can check it in a while. ring-muling atm

EDIT: yeeep, it does deactivate %HP

my hp goes from 237xx to 232xx when losing 3%hp (unequip rex, equip czak)
