I don't think so. ThMS has already stopped selling 2x cards since 24th Feb while SEA is still selling it. AFAIK, MS has to stop selling 2x cards 1 month before BB.

GMS removed x2 cards in the big bang patch. People who had them leftover had htem taken away and were given maple points.
