There are people, like me, who keep holding onto the hope of the usefulness of secondary stats all these 5 years; and then there are people like him. Of course, if you miss the last train, you ain't going anywhere, but blindly chasing the wiggly jiggly thingy isn't the best choice ever. I don't know about him, but WHENEVER a new +atk ring appeared, the number one question will be "IT STACKS OR NOT?"
It's his own fault for not, er, having made careful decisions.
By the way, how can an evolving ring be evolved?
