Winners of the MapleGuides event! - Fiel - 2008-10-02
First of all, congratulations to everyone that participated in this event. Writing a guide is no easy task, and all of your put up a strong fight through the finish. Southperry had a total of twelve submitted guides for this event, so there was a lot to choose from. A panel of judges reviewed all of the guides, and all of the judges had to agree unanimously to who would win the first, second, and third place for this contest.
Without further delay, here are the winners!
1. Butterfli (Thief DEX guide) (Wins 25k NX and Gold donator status!)
2. KajitiSouls (Page/WK/Pal guide) (Wins 20k NX and Premium donator status!)
3. iamflip (APQ guide) (Wins 10k NX and Basic donator status!)
Congratulations to them!
For the winners, I will send you a PM in the next 24 hours to discuss NX payment. Please be on the lookout for this PM.
All of the MapleGuides Event posts will be moved to the Draft section within the next 24 hours. Everyone that submitted can edit his or her guide further from there.

Personally I wouldn't have been surprised if my guide didn't make it onto the winning list. I mean, I kept on getting creepy feelings that people would keep thinking "tl;dr" without actually saying it.

Your guide wasn't bad, but the rules said the topic had to be on MapleStory, and I questioned that from the start!

There were lots of good guides, and all of the three winners' guides were well-done. It was hard to choose for the judges which guide should win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. The guides were basically judged on aesthetics, organisation, content, and accuracy.
