BM/MM/WH Damage Calculations - Tamillan - 2011-03-05 Everyone keeps saying WH is too over powered and BM is way weaker. Here is proof that WH is only a very tiny bit stronger on dmg on paper. This is after CHAOS PATCH and on APPLE. This is all average damage per second. Math Calculations: BM: Total %str:140 Total %dex:6% Total atk=362 (with lvl 100 weapon+perfect scrolled+skill atks like 30watt from 4th job mastery, concentrate is 35 4/5th so tats like 28 5/5th of the time). Total dex:3189 total str:169 Max range:60825 Min range:51701 Avg range with 85% mastery:56263 BM multiplier:1.30 crit rate:75 min dmg crit:35 max dmg crit:80 Avg dmg crit:57.5 0.75*57.5=43.1 1.43 x skill%. 220% hurricane with 40% chance and 150% dmg FA 500 arrows a minute 220% + 0.4 x 150=280% 280*500/60=2333% per second 2333 x 1.43 (crit boost)=3336% Range x skill % per second * 0.01=1 876 933 dmg Lets put this on czak for example with 50% dmg reduction. BM=20% ignore 0.2*50=10 50-10=40% dmg reduction 100%-40%=60% of actual dmg. boss 30% 1 876 933 * 0.6 *1.3=1 464 008 dmg The 4th summon: delay:3030 20 times a minute skill %:360 crit boost:none skill % per second: 360 x 20 /60 = 120% per second 56263*1.20=67 515 dmg boosted to hurricane I heard 30% boss doesnt work on summons and also no dmg reduction. 1 464 008 + 67 515= 1 531 523 dmg per second BM DPS: 1 531 523 Dmg Per Second MM: Total %str:140 Total %dex:6% Total atk=337 Total dex:3189 total str:169 Max range:58802 Min range:49982 Avg range with 85% mastery:54392 MM multiplier:1.35 crit rate:75 min dmg crit:35 max dmg crit:80 Avg dmg crit:57.5 0.75*57.5=43.1 1.43 x skill%. 220% ultimate strafe with 40% chance and 150% dmg FA 83 attacks a minute attacks 6 times in one Ultimate Strafe 220*6=1320 1320% + 0.4 x 150=1380% 1380*83/60 x 1.43 (crit boost) = 2729 54392 (Range) x (2729) skill % per second * 0.01= 1 484 357 dmg Lets put this on czak for example with 50% dmg reduction. BM=20% ignore 0.2*50=10 50-10=40% dmg reduction 100%-40%=60% of actual dmg. boss 30% 1 484 357 * 0.6 *1.3= 1 157 798 dmg The 4th summon: delay:3030 20 times a minute skill %:330 crit boost:none skill % per second: 330 x 20 /60 = 110% per second 54392*1.10= 59 831 dmg boosted to ultimate strafe I heard 30% boss doesnt work on summons and also no dmg reduction. 1 157 798 + 59 831= 1 217 629 dmg per second MM DPS Without Snipe: 1 217 629 Dmg Per Second Ok now the problem is snipe is 5 seconds cool down or am i wrong in this part? Snipe is only thing that im unsure of but correct if im wrong. Here it is with my understandings. Snipe now is 900% 4 times with 100% critical rate. This is on bosses only. On regular monsters its automatic 100% one hit ko. Crit chance:100% min crit dmg:135% max crit dmg=180% avg crit boost=1.575 x 54392 (Range) x 1.575 (crit boost) x 9 = 771 006 dmg Lets put this on czak for example with 50% dmg reduction. Idk if snipe has a dmg reduction and idk if boss 30% works on it but yea im assuming it all does. BM=20% ignore 0.2*50=10 50-10=40% dmg reduction 100%-40%=60% of actual dmg. boss 30% 771 006 * 0.6 *1.3= 601 384 dmg 601 384 * 4 (hits 4 times) = 2 405 536 dmg Lets remove the Ultimate Strafe dmg from snipe. 2 405 536 - (1 157 798/83*60) = 1 568 574 Cool down is 5 seconds I believe. So 12 snipes in 1 minute. 1 568 574 * 12 / 60 = 313 714 Snipe won't ever hit 999k with this gear if my theory on snipe is correct. So lets add this damage to our MM Ultimate Stafe + Summon dps. 1 217 629 + 313 714 = 1 531 343 damage per second MM DPS using Ultimate Stafe + Snipe Combo with the boost of Summon = 1 531 343 dps. Snipe is a whole theory where its complicated to understand how I put it together with Ultimate Strafe but yea basically what I did was i replaced 1 attack of ultimate strafe with snipe. I took the difference which is the actual boost to the ultimate strafe damage and I times it by 12 and divided by 60 to find the dmg per second. Then i simply added this dps with the ultimate strafe and summon dps. Then i get this new dps. WH: Total %str:140 Total %dex:6% Total atk=371 (with lvl 100 weapon+perfect scrolled+skill atks like 30watt from 4th job mastery, 4th beast mode or w/e its called is 20% half of time so thats like 10% atk more all of the time). Total dex:3189 total str:169 Max range:64683 Min range:54981 Avg range with 85% mastery:59832 WH multiplier:1.35 crit rate:75 min dmg crit:35 max dmg crit:80 Avg dmg crit:57.5 0.75*57.5=43.1 1.43 x skill%. 220% WAB with 40% chance and 150% dmg FA 500 arrows a minute 220% + 0.4 x 150=280% 280*500/60=2333% per second 2333 x 1.43 (crit boost)=3336% Range x skill % per second * 0.01= 1 995 995dmg Lets put this on czak for example with 50% dmg reduction. BM=20% ignore 0.2*50=10 50-10=40% dmg reduction 100%-40%=60% of actual dmg. boss 30% :1 995 995 * 0.6 *1.3= 1 556 876 dmg The 4th summon: delay:3030 20 times a minute skill %:250 crit boost:none skill % per second: 250 x 20 /60 = 83% per second 59832*0.83=49 660dmg boosted to WAB I heard 30% boss doesnt work on summons and also no dmg reduction. 1 556 876 + 49 660= 1 606 536 dmg per second WH DPS: 1 606 536 dmg per second The Math should be correct. Maybe tiny tiny bit off on equips. MM snipe was a bit confusing but seems to be right. BM DPS: 1 531 523 Dmg Per Second MM DPS Without Snipe: 1 217 629 Dmg Per Second MM DPS using Ultimate Stafe + Snipe Combo with the boost of Summon = 1 531 343 dps. WH DPS: 1 606 536 dmg per second Superbe balanceing from kms? They are very good paper dps on all 3 pretty much. Now in reality BM and MM we know seems all good but WH mobility and stance might over power them maybe? On paper its just a bit higher meh. With kms patch with the speed and stance (both nerfed but still good) smth tells me this class can kill bosses a lot faster compared to BM. I could be wrong about this but yea. I need to test it. Im training up my WH slowly whenever i get the time and it should be a good level when the chaos patch arrives to gms. After that i will know how well we actually do with the speed and stance. BM/MM/WH Damage Calculations - Tamillan - 2011-03-06 Updated it with MM calculations. MM part is all right, but snipe added to it might vary a bit a front or back by a tiny negligeable amount. Good balancing on paper but in actual ms playing I cant judge it for WH bc stance and mobility might over power them =(. BM and MM good though. EDIT: Fixed some minor errors. BM/MM/WH Damage Calculations - scyzzo - 2011-03-25 Can you do the calculations with Concentrate and Feline Berserk? Concentrate is +35 watk for 240 seconds, 5 minute cool down. Feline Berserk is +20% damage for 120 seconds, 4 minute cool down. Edit: Never mind i see you added it in with attack, not separately. BM/MM/WH Damage Calculations - Even - 2011-03-25 No big difference between 1v1 sure but what about 1v2-15? wild hunters have an ultimate while bm got arrow rain, wild hunters have moveability and lets not forget their 2nd job skill that can increase critical chance total dmg etc by eating a summon(Im not sure if you can do this on zak summons), they also have more hp when mounted and way more than a regular bm when you're using berserk mode. Just because kms balanced the jobs in 1v1 doesnt mean the other things should be ignored, should it? But sure there is one cons about survivability for wild hunters. If they die they will lose the bonus hp from jaguar and can be instant killed again if you're not healed fast enough. |
