I was looking at my available quests and found this:

Return of Visitor PQ? They just moved all the previous people who were still in Visitor PQ to Henesys. o_O

Been there ever since they removed VPQ.
They already confirmed its comming back, but they didnt say when, so don't expect it for awhile.

No, they just said in vague terms that they would like to bring it back, not that they actually would.
