There will be 18 fighters and other 19 for assistance, so we're missing half roster (9 characters) and the assistants list. There are 21 arenas to fight in.

We actually already had a thread for this some time ago here. The game looks like it'll be horrible after watching some of the gameplay, but I guess that was to be expected.
