I can't find any good post-BB guide about training spots for Evans. I'm currently level 115 and Pirates are getting slow. Any good suggestion?

Take the free Golden Temple pass and train there for that half hour, and if you have any extra NX, train at Golden Temple. Otherwise, go to Dual Ghost Pirates, assuming you aren't already there. They're sadly the best place, aside from Golden Temple.

Oh, haven't been there yet. I considered Golden Temple but since I can only train there 30 mins a day...
