hey i'm a pretty much a huge noob at this game so i apologize earnestly if this question makes you gag or whatever.
that said, i am a level 62 el nido battle mage. this is my only character, i am flat broke. i have done the research on all of the terrifyingly expensive scrolls and equips and cubes i need to make my damage a nice delicious big number.
in order to remedy my brokeness, i have decided to sell nx in el nido.
my question to you is,
- how do i go about finding a trustworthy buyer?
- how exactly do you even physically offer the nx and not scammed?
- and what is the nx to meso ratio in el nido?
and lastly
- how against the rules is this?

Can't help you much with the trust issue seeing as there is no safe NX selling system. As far as Nexon is concerened it is strictly forbidden to sell NX.

Does El Nido have MTS yet?
If it does, buy stuff on there with your NX, and sell in FM for meso.
If it doesn't, you could try gachapon.
Those are the legal and safe ways to turn NX into Meso. (Except during events when there are meso bags in cash shop).
As far as selling NX, it is against the rules, and could get you banned. Or scammed. The way to not get scammed is to demand the buyer pay first, but of course he's just as afraid of getting scammed, and will demand you give him the NX first.

What I see most people doing is they know trustworthy sellers who are known not to scam. The problem for you is achieving that status.
