Lol trusting Hime? Extractions prove her wrong yet again. 25% reduction is there, same as before, and the new deal is 10% to main, 5% to secondary. Break that piggybank!

Yea, I think that this fix is the best anyone could have hoped for really. I do think that the speed should have been lowered, because KMS did build BaM's with slow staves in mind, but the OP-ness of them kind of pales in comparison to WHs and Mechs anyway.
