I don't think they even care enough to DC hack for FM5 spots. Hell, I even jacked a FM2 spot for ~30 minutes with a normal permit without anything happening to me (sold it for 5 mil).

FM 6 got DC'd 4 times last night. (This was within a 2 hour timeframe)
