How would one get this item? Or is it unobtainable I was just on a *cough* server not owned by nexon *cough cough* And noticed some id's for ds items such as ''DS Eggs'' and a DS medal

as far I know kms had the medal too .... but i dont know if they released it....

Most likely this. There was talk of getting codes from MSDS that you could use to get items in-game, after all.

It's just a translated item from KMS. It is obtained from MSDS, but just because it's in our data doesn't mean we'll ever get MSDS.
