Because it clearly looks fake. Not a weird ass version of a food. Hamburger gummy is something you can clearly say it's not even close the the real thing. Artificial sushi is not something like a mini gummy version, but an attempt to imitate the sushi with artificial ingredients and having a very digusting look...

If you buy a box with weird ass powders to mix them with water, to make all ingredients of an hamburger to make it look like an exact copy of it, in it's real size, but with a disgusting appearence.
