-Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â* The Visitors Episodic Event: This gMS exclusive content is now available to all players. Alien ships are appearing over the skies of Maple World and they are deploying troops. Are you brave enough to face off with the aliens? Each stage will last for a set period of time before the next stage opens.

oÂ*Â*Â* Stage 1

Â§Â* The Omega Sector Secret Service (OSSS) is being deployed to deal with the alien infestation. Will you answer the call?

Â§Â* Not just anyone can take part in fighting the aliens. Youâll have to go through a grueling screening process that includes a selection of almost impossible questions!

Â§Â* Help the OSSS agents and prove your worth and youâll be taken to the hidden OSSS base.

Â§Â* Assist Dr. Bing in creating a time machine so you can save the future of the MapleWorld

Â§Â* Additional daily quests are available to earn items that can be used to purchase upgrades for the Bing suit.

oÂ*Â*Â* Stage 2

Â§Â* Stage 2 is only available to players how have completed all stage 1 quests.

Â§Â* Travel to the future to help Dr. Bing collect materials from the aliens needed to make an improved Bing suit.

Â§Â* Use the new Bing suit to defeat the aliens.

oÂ*Â*Â* Stage 3

Â§Â* Stage 3 is available after a set time has passed.

Â§Â* Fight through the mother ship to eliminate the leader of the Visitors.

Â§Â* Encounter 1 of 9 different dungeon layouts; each has 2 mid bosses and a final boss.

Â§Â* Each cube in the dungeon is different so youâll have to use your wits to stay alive.

Â§Â* Stage 4 quests are only available to players who have reached the end of stage 3.

Â§Â* A new set of quests are available from an NPC at the end of the mother ship.

Â§Â* Be sure to wear your Bing suits when attempting these final missions.

-Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â* Big Machine Alpha Suit â A temporary suit given by Dr. Bing. Prevents damage from alien energies.

oÂ*Â*Â* Each piece of the suit can be âscrolledâ using cells or cores bought for 50 medals each. They have 100% success rate.

oÂ*Â*Â* If you lose your suit, talk to Dr. Bing to receive a replacement suit.

New Events!

oÂ*Â*Â* Dual Blade Level Up (Extended until 9/1).

Â§Â* When a Dual Blade levels up during the event they will be rewarded with rewards for reaching milestone levels of 20,30,50,70, and 100.

Â§Â* Dual Blades who start off at level 30 will receive the level 50 reward.

oÂ*Â*Â* 369 Event (9/1 ~ 9/28)

Â§Â* For each hour you log in a bonus EXP is awarded for every 3rd monster killed.

oÂ*Â*Â* MapleStoryâs Most Wanted (9/1 ~ 9/28)

Â§Â* Depending on your level, Cassandra will assign a monster for you to hunt.

Â§Â* Repeatable once per day.

Â§Â* Every time you repeat the wanted quest the award EXP is increased. So donât miss out!

oÂ*Â*Â* Spirit Week (9/5 ~ 9/19) â players receive a gift or a buff depending on the day of the event.

Â§Â* Monday â Characters level 10 or higher can trade in 10% and 60% scrolls for 15% and 65% scrolls. Can be done 5 times per day. Scrolls become untradeable after the conversion.

Â·Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â* Only certain scrolls are eligible for the upgrade.

Â§Â* Tuesday â Characters level 10 or higher will receive a Teleport rock that expires in a week. Limited to 1 item per day.

Â§Â* Wednesday â 2x Drop event from the top of the hour to half past the hour from 3PM to 9PM server time. (3PM â 3:30PM, 4PM â 4:30PM, 5PM â 5:30PM, etc)

Â§Â* Thursday â An Owl of Minerva will be given out to characters level 10 and higher. Limited to once per day and item has a one week expiration date.

Â§Â* Friday â Additional 30% EXP bonus for the 5 quests done for that day.

Â§Â* Saturday â 2x party bonus EXP will be given when youâre in a group. This does not mean that killing monsters will yield 2x EXP.

Â§Â* Sunday â Drop rates of items with good stats will increase. In addition potions from NPCs will be sold with a 5% discount.

I wouldn't be surprised if they're modifying the post somewhat to prep for the possible re-release of the Visitor Event / VPQ after what they said in the Basil chat session.

They moved this notice back into the top 10 on one of the announcement screens and it's one Notify hasn't posted yet, so it assumed it was new and posted it.
