Ideal Damage Dealing Party for bossing like horntails, zakums - sw2009 - 2011-02-05 Pre BB, It was almost like 1 dk 1 bs 1 se 3 nl Post BB, I wonder if it is 1 dk 1 bs 1 battle mage 3 mechanics or 1 paladin 1 bs 1 battle mage 3 mechanics My question is actually, which buffs more? Advance dark aura or combat order or sharp eyes ? What about a post bb pink bean party? bam + pala + dk + 3 mechanics or bam + pala + dk + wildhunter + 2 mechanics ? What is really the ideal damage dealing party with bs n dk inside, and with a dk inside. Just curious. or even bam + 5 mechanics ??? I think Heroes are one of the classes that get buffed the most, and they gain in the range of 10-15% damage. So really it depends on how the various classes compare, I think 5x Mechanic + BM (or 5xMech + DK if they need HB) would be best. The above party at least negates all super defense ups while also improving the party's overall damage. But I think the first party basically is the most well rounded for all occasions. SE gives around 16-18% boost to archers and night lords, and a lot less significant to other jobs with no innate critical rate boosting skills. Heroes get like 3-4% benefit, and mechs won't benefit it to full potential when they're in siege mode. So not really worth putting SE into the party. From what I understand, Mech starts out stronger, but Heroes do really well on the Threaten/CO combination. Czak after chaos patch with buffs for a lot of classes should be easy to solo as well. Right now you can solo czak too but its kinda hard i think atleast for me it is. Cht and pb is the only bosses that really you need parties. Warriors are very useful in pb. Going as a party to other bosses isnt necessary. Maybe not in terms of DPS-calculation-wise. In reality, I'm saying this is because current group of NLs and BMs probably have more godly scrolled items that would far exceed the new group of classes. On the other hand, it'll only be time before the godly items of the newer group catches up, and change it. Doesn't Aran + SE get a major boost in their dmg? Or 1 lvl 200 beginner with a 999999watt sword and 200k HP at a pserver. I think where won't be much difference between the two pservers...
