Does Mech: Missile Tank affect the damage and crit of this skill? If it does, how do i calculate the minimum and maximum damage of laser blast (excluding the crits unless u can tell me that too)

In the skill level descriptions, it says it adds 81% damage (Lv. 1). Don't know if that applies to Laser Blast damage or not, but there isn't really any way to know since it can only be used in tank mode. Also says it only adds critical rate to regular attacks.

in tank mode you can use 2 attacks: regular and laser.
the description under the tank skill tells you about regular attacks, which are essentially the same as siege mode with less damage and much slower.
laser tells you what laser does.
you can also dash, jump (ungainly), use summons, and cant climb ropes.
