» Great question! Yes, it’s actually a long and complicated process that is planned months in advance. We initially brainstorm ideas, then create a short proposal summarizing the content we want to create.

thank you all for coming to the secret BasilChat with Team GMS! It was a quick, mostly unannounced chat with a group of Nexon staff about upcoming content and how things are run. If you missed out, iamflip was good enough to post a log and summary of the chat.

Our apologies for the server crash and downtime towards the last couple of minutes of the chat. The problem was not too many users, in fact the server handled things splendiferously even with over 300 chatters. The problem was that our server was attacked. We are now investigating this. Our apologies for the downtime and inconvenience.
