I hunted those security systems(level 87 ones) for like 45 minutes and still can't find the card. Is it glitched?

Nope...its just stupidily rare. i found the key, but I think I found at the Enhanced Security Systems. Either way it took very long

Hehe i was pissy annoying the heck out of everybody in Koopforce that i couldnt find it... But eventually after 1 hour and 30 minutes i got the keycard (:
