All these Disney movies I grew up with as a kid never really seemed like much but a good, cheap laugh. But now that I look back, all of these movies and the songs within have so much meaning that can relate to what I am going through right now. Why can't they makes movies like Pocahontas anymore?

Disney movies rock. Especially old animated ones. Toy Story 3 was awesome too though, I cried like a motherf'ucker at the end.

I love all The Little Mermaid and The Lion King's songs. Some from Aladdin, The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Hercules are f'ucking awesome as well.

All the Disney villains were great too. Gaston, Jafar, and other villains were gushing with pure awesomeness. I'll admit that Pixar has some really good villains too. Lotzo from Toy Story 3 and the evil steering wheel from Wall-e were awesome too.

I've always been amazed at the amount of effort they put into their songs. They might not all be super deep like the ones mentioned but the variety of instruments that they use is pretty astounding on it's own. The songs always fit the atmosphere... which is pretty cool when the movie takes place in the depths of the ocean or a jungle.

Also Disney movies are violent as hell. The death of the bad guy in Tarzan, anyone? Or even just Mufasa getting TRAMPLED in a stampede.

Maybe if more people watched Princess and the Frog instead of High School Musical 14 they would make more animated features. Princess and the Frog was actually pretty good; not as good as some of the Disney Renaissance movies, but still nice.

I've always liked the Swan Princess. The first one. Though not Disney, it had enough guys from there to be considered Disney in my book. God, those songs were amazing.
