Yes, seriously. Wtf? The weird thing is when I tried to lower the resolution rate of the video to 240p it's a-okay. I'm not sure if it's a problem on my end, or the video itself. Is anyone else having trouble seeing this video in the default 360p? If they aren't is there something missing from my computer which is causing the video to be viewed with garbled green pixels?
Here's the same video, but in 240p, same scene, same computer.

If your problem is with the size, hold ctrl, scroll up using mouse scroll wheel. Otherwise, the green pixelation is likely due to the video. Also, I just watched your video and didn't see anything like that.

Nope that's not the problem. It's just plain weird. Higher quality actually gave me QUALITY.

That is pretty strange. I'm not having any troubles viewing the video at all. Have you made sure the video driver is up to date?

This is what I was going to suggest. Pull up dxdiag again and click on the "Display" tab.

I have this GeForce 9500, but I'm afraid of the power supply being harmed by the 9500 (240w power supply vs 350w min needed by 9500, but it meets the min current of 12V/18A) cause installing the graphics card means 2 year warranty becomes void. :<

I know that. I am asking if the higher min. power supply requirement by the GeForce 9500 will harm my computer in any way if I try and install the 9500. It's because to me it seems that it'll try to draw on power that's not possible for my computer to do, which sounds dangerous.

If you don't think your computer has the power to do it, then it most likely doesn't. You're better off being safe than sorry.
