For the quest The Kids who became the sun and moon, the description says that the slippery oil is dropped by Cico, but I can't find it after about 30-45 minutes of hunting. Can anyone confirm it drops or not? I seem to remember a similar issue pre-BB with this quest as well...

Can't remember which of the sea-horses dropped it for me in Tespia, but it did drop, and fairly quickly.

Ok, thanks, I guess it's time to go back to hunting Cicos. Hopefully it'll drop soon. Edit:just found it. Guess I'm not very patient.
