I have 7 blast 30 books, but no blast 20 books. Both of the books I've seen so far have been from pre-BB.
Side-note: I'm on one of the smaller servers. Think yellonde/2.

Haven't found it, but from what I can find, it drops from Maverick Type A, Dark Klock, and Homunscullo.
