Scroll for shield for Magic Att 60% - Razmos - 2011-01-13

Is there any way to get these in GMS which doesn't involve buying them?

If i couldn't find any of them, i was planning on getting Shield for INT scrolls instead... but it turns out those don't exist.
Anyone know where to find them?

They drop from Jonins, but at a very crappy rate.

At least they drop lol, i looked on google and saw that the only way to get them was through Gachapon.
