I was in the same boat u were, so for future reference use this korean website for drop list... yes its not english but just scroll down and look at the pictures and find the skill picture u want click it... and itll have pictures of the monsters that drop it.

Also there is no crossbow expert skillbook...its just marksman boost 20/30 and let me tell you its the hardest book to find >.> Ive spent 3 days at blood harps now with no luck.
Edit: Okay so its missing a few books, Stink bomb shot 20 is dropped by Death Teddy if i recall right, and Wild Arrow Blast 20 is from Broken DF Android, Soul Teddy, Homunculus, Site, Bone Fish, and Hankie. Wild arrow blast 30 is Bonefish kru and captain.
Edit2: WTH.... so apparently none of the WH skillbooks show... they have an updated list though but you gotta read korean so, i guess ill try and post what monsters drop the other skillbooks.
Here I tried to translate the korean list, its not full and im unsure about some

sweet thanks. the xbow expert marksman boost thing i didnt realize, till i bought a marksman boost as a guess. wild arrow blast 20 and 30 are the next ones on my list, so hopefully they're not too bad to find.
