@ above: The accuracy formula doesn't suck complete d'ick anymore is pretty much what i see of the changes. You can still hit monsters way above your level at times, but it isn't beneficial to train nor leech off of them. Being slightly under the level of the mob you want to kill isn't extremely limiting by the high % hit rate reduction we currently have. For example, i would have something like a 6% or less miss rate of chief obliv guards whereas i currently have a 15% miss rate.

Paul doesn't have the client, it's not because he thinks his DL speed would be slow and wouldn't waste time downloading that. He simply doesn't have what you're asking for.
He says he doesn't have the unpacked client, downloading the client from website doesn't mean you can actually get such information from it...
Like Khoi has stated, you can't just ask for something out of thin air.

if you go back in the extraction threads to when Big Bang was still in KMST, Fiel flipped pomegranate when he realized Nexon KR released an unpacked KMST client. He then proceeded to post everything he could deduce from it, which is how we found the currect acc formula among a shitstorm of other things. I seriously doubt Nexon KR will slip up like that again, so unless they do, we don't have anything to go on

Bad idea. That would probably turn out like MapleSim, where they asked for permission to use Maple images, and NexonAM was like "LOLno, take it down pl0x".

This thread is incredibly dumb. I'll try to actually answer the OP's question. -2% per level does seem to match what I've observed. I noticed that I could just barely hit monsters 45 levels above me, and I comfortably trained on Lv. 69 Plateons at Lv. 54. Finding the actual formula requires a lot of testing.
