So my question is Lets say i get a Cygnus to 120 can any of my characters become a ultimate adventure or is it a new character ? Also is the cygnus skill from Ultimate adventurers available on all characters ? (dumbceddyisdumb)

It's a brand new character, but it starts out at level 50 with an equipment set that gives +14 to all stats.
However, I believe you can get the Ultimate Adventurer skills on your already-existing characters. I'm not 100% sure about that, though.

Yep, by getting some extremely rare drops from some monsters (and repeat that for each level you want on said skill)

Does a level 120 Cygnus give out more Blessing than a 200 adventurer ?

No, less. A level 120 Cygnus will only give level 120 Blessing. Or does it give 16 now?

A lv 120 cygnus will give 24 Blessing.

Well, cygnuses no longer give to the regular blessing, and instead increase a skill called empress's blessing. That skill increases by 1 for every 5 levels on a cygnus.
