Was on my Lv88 Battle Mage and solo'd my first Bigfoot (It took a while, neh), and it dropped a Sunflower Seed.

Yes. He drops quite a few garbage etc items. The toe should take a few kills to drop.
Edit: In case I worded this wrong^, he can drop more than 1 etc. o3o
