Let's say you pass 3 enhancement scrolls on your weapon. If you then use an advanced enhancement scroll do you still have a 100% chance of passing it, or is it a 70% of passing since you would already have 3 stars?
I saw an advanced enhancement scroll in the FM last night and am thinking about buying it for my weapon.

It's determined by the number of stars already on the item, not the times that type of scroll has been used.
