How do I get these skills? I heard zakum drops them, but I don't think I can do zakum right now and if I did it would be with a bunch of strangers that will just take all the drops. Is there any other way?

Zakum only drops.. needs to be sok'ed to be traded.
Just find someone who do zak runs and ask him if he have any of them

But don't worry. Once you pass the lvl 10 skill book which has 100% passing chance, it automatically raises the max level of the skill to lvl 30. No more passing annoying 30 skill books...
