Lv 40 pants/shirt vs Lv 80 ~ 120 overall. - Random_Overlord - 2010-12-26

If you were to be extremly funded, which would be better?

With a level 40 shirt and pants for bowmen, you could get a potential of 6%,4%,4% each, and since %stats are multiplacative after each equip, wouldn't it make more sense to have 1.14%dex * 1.14%dex rather than a level 80 ~ 120 overall with a max of 27% dex?

Even without the strength bonus from the overall, your going to have way more Dex in both the level 40 shirt and pants if they were potentialed.

Are there any downsides you figure?

Level 40 Top: 6+4+4 = 14% DEX
Level 40 Bottom: 14% DEX
Total: 28% DEX
Level 40 Top: 14% DEX
Stirgeman Level 90 Bottoms: 21% DEX
Total: 35% DEX
Level 71+ overall: 21% DEX

I don't think the concept itself is difficult, and don't know what exactly you're asking.

He's asking why an extremely funded person would bother wearing overalls if tops and bottoms could potentially (pun intended) add more states.

Answer: You wouldn't, unless you want the bonus weapon defense.

%stats are not multiplicative btw, you add them up.

Overalls are extremely lame to cube. So much garbage stats to get. 10% chance to ignore 10 damage wewt~

I agree took me about 50 cubes when my overall was already unique to bring it to +15% stats...

With armor dex 60% you can scroll tops for dex too.

the evident No-self hb on overalls means some of my characters gear won't be changing until that is fixed.

Yes, i said no to exploiting skills permantely on to my character.

Same potential as level 71+ gear. no help at all in the % stats category.

The good thing about overalls i guess is the fact that you can get + seconds of invincibility. That's what i have on my overall now (bought it unique for less than 100m and 1-2 cubes later- +3 secs of invincibility Big Grin) Don;t wanna cube anymore. too expensive >.>

The base stats on the overall make it better than the top/bottom unless you're using Stirgeman pants.
