Isn't that dangerous lol? I thought they were one of a kind items. Like how you can't wear a Z Helm and have one in inventory.

Different item ids. It would be like if you had a Zakum Helm (1) and Zakum Helm (2).

One-of-a-kind goes by item ID. The different day rings have different ID's, and so you can have them in inventory at the same time (or wear one and hold some).
However, just as with Lilin's and Explorer's rings, Nexon implemented a special check which won't let you wear two different Evolving Rings at the same time, even though their ID's are different.

gratz to them for doing something right, without the need of a server check/emergency patch
oh yeah, minus the fact the rings are giving the wrong stats / not matching stats

on a side-note havent done my final day yet, are they infinitely tradeable? or that trade once jazz

Well I moved that ring back and forth a few times to test and it hasn't failed or anything yet, so thinking infinite.
