Where are you guys at in the game right now in your most recent playthrough? I'm at June, with 3 S-links maxed, and with another 2 S-links that are about to BE maxed (Rank 9). This and Hatsune Miku : Project Diva are the only things I've been working on gaming-wise, and I personally have really enjoyed playing this game whenever I'm not at work. Although, being my first playthough, I haven't really done anything noteworthy. Just trying to get through each month. Edit: You know, to be honest, the only reason I really went to check this forum was because I noticed your new avatar, and thought there might be a discussion in the gaming forum. Looks like I was right. xP Persona 3 Portable discussions - Khoi - 2010-12-23 acev Wrote:Ahaha, I just started playing the beginning of this month. My avatar is normally based on what I am currently doing at the time, or interested in. Bingo, bingo, bingo~. Good job. P3P is really interesting, I can replay it several times without getting bored because I always feel like I am missing a piece of the storyline. There's so much a person can miss out on if they don't finish one full social link. I'm glad you're enjoying this game too, it's not that bad of a grindfest compared to other RPGs that I've played. The battle system is really compelling, to me, anyways. Persona 3 Portable discussions - Rob - 2010-12-23 Let me get P3P on my console later and I'll post more. I've started playing my second playthough as FemMC, after beating the goddamn game at lv 99 and more than 100 hours put into it. I still have to get a lot of personas, since my compendium is at about... 65%? Trying to finish Crisis Core's missions (at 76% now), getting to rank 7 in God Eater, getting my party to lv 100 in Pokemon Fire Red and going through Cladun: This Is An RPG isn't cutting it. I HAVE OH SO MUCH TO DO ;_; Persona 3 Portable discussions - Khoi - 2010-12-23 Rob Wrote:Let me get P3P on my console later and I'll post more. Wait, I forgot. Did you play 1st playthrough as femMC or as maleMC? Interesting. Also, updating to say that I recently maxed the Hermit Arcana on June 30th. That's 4 maxed S-links so far. Persona 3 Portable discussions - Rob - 2010-12-23 MaleMC. Also, wasn't that image lovely <3 Persona 3 Portable discussions - Khoi - 2010-12-23 Rob Wrote:MaleMC. Persona 3 Portable discussions - Khoi - 2010-12-27 Not like the above, though I have tons of pics with femMC. Sec. Also, I now have 6 maxed S-links. I'm at July 05.

WHAT THE F`UCK, MAN. Persona 3 Portable discussions - Khoi - 2011-02-01 Bumping this discussion. For P3P players, what's your favorite Personas to use, assuming you have some favorites.. Also, list their skills, stats = optional. I'm updating my Personas, currently have: Quote:LV 99 Messiah Persona 3 Portable discussions - acev - 2011-02-18 Well, I've finally gotten through most of the game. I'm about to fight the reaper, along with the final boss, and I can definitely say this was one of my favorite games. I actually can't wait to go back and find all the things I missed because I didn't know what to think when I first started playing. Although, I can say I really hate the UMD format now, I can't say how many times I've had to take out the UMD and place it back in to register. I hate it when the disc loads and you hear that spinning or scratching noise too, it's even more common when you enter Tartarus and navigate dungeons. First playthrough is probably the easiest, only because you're not really aware of what you're doing, and there's no goal besides getting to the final boss. Playthroughs after that should be hard, especially because you're trying to finish your Persona Compendium or trying to get the right skills set for your Personas. I'm having trouble, honestly. A lot of the combinations I want for skills requires me to de-fuse or purposely weaken my own Personas, etc etc etc. Basically, imagine having a high level Persona and then having to fuse it with something completely sh`it, and then the combined result being something that's nearly mediocre in terms of stats. Yeah, I gotta do that a sh`itton if I want a Messiah with all 4 elemental attacks. Lemme see if I can find the guide on my desktop: Quote: can't give you specific recipes, but I can help you somewhat, I hope. This is going to be a very tedious and difficult process to get Ragnarok, Thunder Reign, Niflheim, and Morning Star onto Messiah. This. OHHHH THEEEEE PAAAAAAAIIIIIIN. |
