I quit slightly over a year ago and I'm curious over anything that's changed or been added.
I'll do my own research on the topics, but a basic overview would be appreciated.

Big Bang - Most skills modified, some new skills, some skills got removed. 3 new jobs: Battle Mage, Wild Hunter, Mechanic (unreleased in GMS).
Chaos (KMS) - Aran, Evan, Dual Blade got their skills modified and have some new skills as well as the removal of some skills; profession skills, which work like a specialised form of Maker; PvP. The latter two haven't been released yet.

2. semi-balancing

4. new uber expensive equips
5. NX required to make said equips
6. NX
7. more NX

9. "Renewed imba fury at new imba classes"
10. NX becomes new currency (not literally, but pretty close to)
P.S. Check the extraction section/module section. that should get you up to date about 3-5 months ago, which is what's majorly happening at the moment.
