Hours are based on server time as seen on the official MapleStory website.
On Wednesday, December 22, for one single minute, everyone whos logged into MapleStory will automatically receive a gift box in their inventory.*

Easy method of getting rich: Buy 400 PCs, log into maple on different accounts with all of them, get 400 timeless weapons. Yea, no..but I'm sure someone's gonna try something similar.
