Regarding Names & Fashion. - warustar - 2010-12-20
Yeah, I can't really live without having a really good IGN.
Sometimes I spend HOURS in front of the Character Creation screen desperately trying to think of a good name.
I came up with 2 and reserved these two names.
Now I'm going to talk about them, and please don't judge me or hate on Lady Gaga in any way. It's just a discussion.
Since Battle Mage uses a lot of Dark magic, I came up with VertigoStick and HorrorDesign for IGNs.
In Lady Gaga's hit single Bad Romance, in the lyrics she says:
I want your Horror, I want your Design
'Cause your a criminal as long as you're mine,
I want you love,
Love love love, I want your love
I want your Psycho, YourVertigo Stick
Want you in myrear window...etc.
So basically a lot of people thinks she's just being nasty but it has more meaning than just that.
The three bold terms (Psycho, Vertigo stick, Rear Window) are HORROR films from this Alfred producer guy and she refers to them to explain her fear of love in a sexual manner. Lots of lyrical brilliance obviously. And they seem so dark, and mysterious.
Now that's why I chose VertigoStick. It's like dark, and indimidating just like the Battle Mage. That's the ONLY corresponding relations they have.
I'm just trying to be creative.
And for HorrorDesign, I chose that also because it sounds dark and eccentric I guess.
I can't really decide on which to choose.
Now I was also thinking of making my IGN something with Waru in it. Waru is my nickname..
For example my Aran is Warustar, I/L is Warupants, etc.
So I need help to come up with something if you guys think I should do the whole Waru thing. Or should I be creative and go with VertigoStick?
Tell me. VertigoStick, HorrorDesign, or something with Waru in it?

With Wild Hunter,
I want to go with a different Gender. I feel that a male WH would be boring for me.
Should I try a female for once? And what kind of terms should I look for when thinking of an IGN for it?

1) Something with Waru. It's just me but I dislike seeing something pertaining to your class in your IGN. Also, I'm not a fan of those Weeaboo IGNs.
For example:
-Bowmaster; SomethingBM
-Bishop; HolySomething
-Night Lord; SinStar
2) Evan hair is still available at Henesys with a REG Coupon. Since Eyes are less varied and many (including Male 6) are obtainable when a character is made, I believe Hair should have priority.
3) If you are male, you will regret making your character female in the long run. (Unless you like being called Tranny and/or having awkward situations when somebody you meet finds out you're actually a guy) Regardless of gender, picking a "non-themed" IGN really makes you stand out and appear a little less bandwagony.

I was getting a whole bunch of responses from my friends and they're telling me that HorrorDesign seems kind of unique and omnious.
People that I'm getting opinions from (majority-wise) are saying that the meanings of the IGNs are hard to understand which is why it makes it good.
Something with lyrical brilliance. Iunno, to be honest.
Generally speaking, I can see your point about the whole Female thing on Wild Hunters..I don't want to get picked on but I tend to be confident.
Online insults/rumors don't upset me much.
However, I love your speculation towards this. I am really taking it to consideration.

Yeah, the whole "Gone Wild" thing is hilarious and cool to me, to be honest.
But I heard a lot of people are doing that. ;_____;.

Either selling the name or using it on my mechanic(that I prob wont train to even 2nd job).
Really happy with HeIsinki too, even with i. Unfortunately some don't even know it's capital of Finland.

I'm still really confused and I need more opinions.
To be honest does anyone think HorrorDesign is better than VertigoStick.
I need some really good ideas and advice before the patch finishes. D:
