Yeah so now everything is pretty weird because of BB now
I followed the regular skill build for a hunter, so I have:
MAX Booster
Level 19 Mastery
MAX Arrow Bomb
MAX Double Shot
MAX Soul Arrow
MAX PKB
I did not master Basic Fundamentals because I was level 65, and I felt no need to waste to waste the SP since I was so close to 3rd job.
That is why I now have 28 excess SP. Now if I were to follow the old build, it would have said add 6 SP to Focus, a 1st job skill.
Should I do it? Or should I save the SP for 3rd job?
Next, now that I have so much SP, Im not sure how to use it for 3rd job.
Im currently following that amazing BB Archer build, but Im kinda confused how to use these SP.
Im thinking about getting Strafe to 6, getting some AR and Inferno.
Please help!

This. FA is no longer a burden/useless. And of course, max Mastery because it's a pre-requisite to Expertise in 4th Job.

When I try to add to my skills, it says I dont have have enough level 1 skills.
So I should level up my 1st job skills a bit??

Yes. You should have 61 Skill Points in your 1st job (exception for mages; which is 67 SP).

61 points in first, 121 in second. Archers have enough points in second job to max everything and have a point leftover to put in first job.
