Advanced Enhancement Scrolls - MariettaRC - 2010-12-14
I was told by someone that advanced enhancement scrolls were changed from 100% to 80%, which makes no sense to me unless the way they worked changed. True/False? He said he saw proof on Basil, which is why I refused to believe him but I wanted to make sure it wasn't just more BS from Basil.

He's probably confusing the adv enhancement scrolls with the advanced potential scrolls. Everybody on basil loves to say the the adv potential are glitched for no reason other than to make themselves feel better, even if he got the scroll right the reasoning would probably be the same.
