Fire Zone 1 (best way I can say it) part of the Dead Mine. Nothing but Jr. Cerebus spawn there.

In fact, that's the only map with them. And it's called Cave of Trial 1.

I checked, and there were no Jr. Cerebes there. Plus that map is full of Extra A and B.

Then it's changed from Tespia. I saw them there and they were scary! (Hit about 1.6k on me, when the gangsters barely hit 300)
