Didn't see this mentioned anywhere so thought I would bring it up. Wondering if other class attack buffs don't dispel anymore either?

Does concentrate have a cooldown? Enrage changed so there's no more cooldown, so it doesnt really matter if it gets dispelled or not anymore. (PreBB it used to suck when it got dispelled at pap)

1. Use Concentrate.
2. Bishop uses Bless on you.
