Ive read somewhere in the forums that there is a damage cap where anything above 15hits is null (i think this was a problem for DB)
has this been fixed post BB?

I think this was intended, was never a bug max # of hits is 15 and max # of targets you can ever hit is 15 as well. Skills like genesis only hit 15 max so they made the number of hits 15 too. It's something I can live with I suppose no big deal anyways, since not many skills even do that many hits. Ever since BB came out Fatal blow just seems like trash to me now.
