Question about Lionheart Castle - GunisBack - 2010-12-04

Is it going to have mini dungeons or unique maps, or will you have to fight for a map like usual?

Well, there's space for more people. If you don't find channel, some party will probably take you in due to the party bonus exp (6 people =250%Wink. And there's more than 1 good map, from what I've seen.


I'm searching for minidungeons/special maps now, brb.

From Extractions, it looks like there isn't any.

But like I said, I don't think there will be problems for any other server than the Extremely populated ones (Scania/Bera).

Well, it looks like they have 11 maps, and assuming they're all trainable, that's 11*6*19 = 1254 people that can train at Lionheart castle at any given time. I think only Scania has a chance of reaching that limit.

But yeah i think some of the maps are considered a bit less trainable than others and some classes won't get parties really easily while some will, but there should still be plenty of places to train. Hell even if you leave LHC to train sometimes it's not like you're going to train slower than we are now.

And of course the whole damn place is Fire-weak except the bosses (neutral), so Arans and somewhat I/Ls are at a disadvantage.

I think I/Ls just became Arans' best friends, because we have a skill that makes mobs ice-weak.

Can someone give me a short description of the castle?

From what I've seen, it looks like a great high level training spot, but some of the monsters have insanely high amounts of HP (the castle guards that took a minute to take out for two 160+ players doing boatloads of damage...).

Is it like a PQ, or what?

It's a new area accessed from El Nath and the monsters have high HP, but give good experience. Just think of it as killing a ton of normal mobs at the same level (say, Dragon Turtles). Plus there's a 250% party bonus experience for a full party.

Lower spawn of mobs, and the mobs are strong with boss tags. more HP per kill, but they take a while to go down. they drop multiple etcs. and bags of money every kill, and you get bonus exp for being in a party. 250% exp for a party of 6. It's not a restricted area like a pq.
