"Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" - Dyxanije - 2008-09-13 I often get this when I am playing in windows mode and it is really starting to annoy the hell out of me, first my character won't respond for a second (as if I was lagging), then my entire screen will turn black for a couple seconds and it will appear again and I'll get this message. ![]() My settings are all set to the lowest quality possible. I am usually running iTunes and have Firefox open but that's all in terms of other programs. Information on my computer: Gateway GT5654 AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2.60 GHz 3070Mb Memory 32-bit Operating System NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS I don't know much about the internal workings of computers so please excuse me if the solution to this problem is obvious =/.
